Pregnancy and birth can be a roller coaster ride ~ from excitement and trepidation to worry and fear. Support yourself and your mate to become present to the biggest event of your life and live it as the sacred experience that it really is.

In this workshop you will:

  • Overcome fears and gain confidence about childbirth
  • Learn spiritual as well as practical tools and to instill peace within you
  • Clear emotional and physical blocks that could inhibit your ideal birth
  • Explore issues with your mate that arise when two become three
  • Vision your perfect birth into being

Through dialogue, counsel, dyads, exercises and process work, you will deepen your awareness of excellent self-care, explore ecstatic and orgasmic birth, view films that support the conscious birth and meet birth professionals who will assist you in understanding the importance of creating a powerful birth team.

You will also meet people on a similar path as you and potentially create friends and a community that you will know for life!
